MEXICAN BURGER
Ingredients:
bread roll
pulled chicken burger
20 g Cheddar cheese
30 g guacamole
5 g jalapeños
20 g Romaine lettuce
20 g chorizo
40 g tomato
40 g chipotle mayonnaise
A method of preparation:
Grill a pulled chicken burger with cheese, chorizo and bread roll. Spread a bottom part of the bread roll its top part with the mayonnaise chipotle. Place lettuce, slices of tomato, pulled burger, chorizo, guacamole, jalapeños on the bottom part of the bread roll, and then gently cover everything with the top part of the bread roll. Serve warm and crispy.
