PASTA WITH SHRIMPS

A method of preparation:

Put shrimp with shitake mushrooms in the oil in the frying pan, fry the whole for about 2 minutes. Add previously prepared rice noodles, spring onions and leeks – fry them for about 30 seconds, then add soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice and keep the fire on for another 30 seconds. Put everything into a bowl, decorate with spring onions, chillies and fresh mint leaves.

Ingredients:

60g shrimps
150g cooked rice noodles
30g shitake mushrooms
15g spring onions
20g leek
0,5g fresh chillies
15 ml fish sauce
20 ml light soy sauce
5 ml lime juice
30 ml oil
2g fresh mint leaves
